What levels are included in the subscription?
All of them — A1 through C2. C1 and C2 are in development and will be added automatically when they go live. You'll never pay extra for new content.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel any time with no penalty — access continues to end of billing period. Annual plans can also be cancelled, though the remainder of the year is non-refundable. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.
Do 1:1 session packs expire?
Yes — session packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Is the CEFR exam available without a subscription?
Yes — available to anyone. Subscribers receive the member rate ($38 vs. $45 standard).
Do you offer group or school access?
